Colton Rhodes

Colton, a Principal with Lee & Associates specializes in tenant representation, project leasing, building sales and investment properties in the Great Southwest and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport submarkets, with a focus in industrial real estate. Colton works with private landlords and occupants, as well as large institutional owners and tenants. Colton’s real estate career began in 2014 as a residential realtor with The Donald Wright Group focusing on high-end single family homes in the East and North Dallas markets. Growing up in West Texas, Colton also has developed a diverse background in the Oil and Gas industry ranging from well completion to title research and mineral acquisitions. Mr. Rhodes draws on his broad experience in the real estate and energy sectors, as well as his dedicated work ethic to keep his clients consistently up to date and informed on market trends and conditions and provides a level of customer service that is unmatched.

Colton received his Bachelors of Business Management from Abilene Christian University in 2012.
