Chris Beggins, a Director, joined DFW Lee & Associates industrial team as an Associate in 2022. Chris has a focus on tenant representation, project leasing, owner/user sales and investment properties. Chris has a local focus in the NW Dallas industrial submarket, specifically Metropolitan Addison, North Stemmons/Valwood and Lewisville submarkets. He also represents Dallas/Fort Worth Tenants in other major markets across Texas and the U.S.

Through close collaboration with DFW office leaders, Chris has quickly advanced in his career, bringing an eager, motivated, and dynamic approach to his work. He has developed strong business development skills and has rapidly adapted to the demands of commercial real estate, positioning himself for continued success.

Chris began his real estate career in 2019 as a Research Analyst and eventually an Associate with the Lee & Associates Houston office, focusing on office and industrial brokerage. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and received his degree in Economics with a minor in Business.
