Ken Wesson opened the DFW Lee & Associates office in 2006 as a Founder and Co-Managing Principal. He specializes in institutional project leasing and tenant representation throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Ken has an extensive background in marketing, leasing, brokerage and new business development.

Ken’s industry knowledge has provided him with a solid foundation for representing both local and national tenants and landlords across the Metroplex. He is responsible for roughly 7 million square feet of industrial product in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Ken served on the Lee & Associates Board of Directors for 2017-2021. The Board works directly with the CEO in shaping the strategic direction for Lee & Associates, which consists of 1500 agents and staff across 63 offices. For the last ten years, Ken has served as acting President of the DFW Lee & Associates office, which consists of 30 brokers and supporting staff members.

Ken specializes in acquiring new industrial real estate assets, lease vs. purchase analysis, investment sales acquisitions, and the development and implementation of lease-up strategies for owners. Through his extensive experience with lease negotiations and financial analysis, his clients are provided with the highest quality of service and a competitive advantage in the market.
