He began his career in 1995 as a real estate analyst, where he worked with top firms in the region conducting studies on land use, zoning, demographics, psychographics, and supply/demand trends. In 2004, Mark joined a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, and in 2006, he was part of the founding team for Lee & Associates’ Dallas/Fort Worth office.

With over 30 years of experience, Mark combines his sharp analytical skills, quick wit, and effective communication abilities to provide expert advice on a wide range of real estate issues, including financial considerations, location dynamics, functionality, government regulations, property tax implications, and other intangible factors.
