Matthew Johnson

Matthew Johnson, a Director with Lee & Associates specializes in tenant representation, project leasing, buildings sales and investment properties in the South Stemmons submarket, with a focus on industrial real estate. Matthew works with private landlords and occupants, in addition to large institutional owners.

Matthew began his real estate career in 2018 as an intern at NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas, focusing on industrial, retail, and office brokerage in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and received his degree in Advertising with a minor in Business. Matthew draws on his advertising experience to better market the properties that he represents, in addition to cultivating creative solutions to help clients find the most functional, cost-effective spaces. With his out-of-the-box thinking and dedicated work ethic, Matthew provides a high level of customer service, creativity and value to all of his clients.
