Phillip Rosenfeld

Phillip Rosenfeld is a Principal with Lee & Associates – Dallas/Fort Worth, specializing in landlord representation, investment sales, and industrial, office, and retail properties. He represents landlords, investors, owners, and occupiers in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and advisory transactions throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Phillip advises institutional and private clients on strategies to maximize asset value across industrial, office, and retail portfolios. His expertise includes industrial leasing in the South Stemmons and Northwest Dallas submarkets, as well as investment sales of shopping centers and multi-tenant office properties. Throughout his career, he has represented institutional owners including Colony, Prologis, DCT, and Monit in portfolio leasing initiatives, while also advising private investors, family ownership groups, and corporate occupiers on acquisitions, dispositions, ownership strategies, and lease negotiations.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Phillip held brokerage roles with Colliers International and managed site acquisitions and lease negotiations for Sprint PCS. He began his real estate career in 1994 as a licensed attorney, where he developed extensive experience in commercial real estate law, title matters, foreclosures, landlord-tenant issues, business acquisitions, and property transactions. This diverse legal and brokerage background provides clients with a well-rounded perspective on complex commercial real estate decisions.
