Reed Parker joined the Lee & Associates Dallas office in 2011 specializing in industrial leasing, industrial tenant representation and corporate services for users and tenants of local and multilocation national companies. During Reed’s tenure in industrial real estate, he has represented local, national and international tenants fulfilling requirements in the DFW market along with 40+ other industrial markets throughout North America.

Utilizing Lee & Associates’ extensive network of offices ac ross the country, Reed has the ability to handle his clients’ transactions personally. He is able to serve as a single point of contact for his clients, while maintaining the in-depth knowledge of a local broker on a national level.

After attending Baylor University, Reed moved back to Dallas and began his real estate career with Banner Commercial. During employment with Banner Commercial, he worked the Great Southwest (GSW) industrial market, specializing in representing users and tenants of local and national companies. Reed is a highly motivated and result-driven professional with a well-rounded background in industrial real estate. His success can be attributed to his knowledge of the market, attention to detail, good business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
