Schaefer grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. After college, Schaefer moved to Dallas where he worked as a Commercial Account Manager for Airgas Inc serving over 130 accounts in the Birmingham and Dallas markets.

As a driven professional he strives to deliver strategic solutions to improve the performance for his clients and generate value for their companies.
