Stephen Williamson, a Principal with Lee & Associates DFW, focuses on representing clients with their warehousing and distribution needs on a local and national basis. Stephen specializes in tenant representation, institutional project leasing, and investment sales.

Stephen works with his clients to help implement transaction management strategies and processes to help align their portfolio of properties while maximizing occupancy cost savings. He is able to creative a competitive advantage for his clients in terms of lease negotiations and financial analysis.
