Ken Wesson

Ken Wesson is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Principal with Lee & Associates – Dallas/Fort Worth, specializing in institutional project leasing and tenant representation. He represents tenants and landlords in industrial leasing and advisory transactions throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

With 30+ years of commercial real estate experience, Ken has completed over 15 million square feet of industrial transactions across the Metroplex. In addition to leading the Dallas/Fort Worth office, he served on the Lee & Associates Board of Directors from 2017 to 2023, partnering with the firm's CEO to help shape the strategic direction of Lee & Associates offices nationwide. His extensive transaction experience and leadership provide clients with strategic market insight and a competitive advantage.

Ken earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Dallas. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. His industry recognition includes being continuously named a Top 25 DFW Industrial Broker by CoStar, a Top 5 Industrial Broker by the Dallas Business Journal, and an All-Time Top 50 Industrial Broker in Dallas/Fort Worth.
