Mark Graybill

Mark Graybill is a Principal with Lee & Associates - Dallas/Fort Worth, specializing in industrial, office, and land brokerage. He represents occupiers and property owners in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and advisory assignments throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market and across North America.

With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Mark provides strategic guidance on a broad range of real estate matters, including financial analysis, site selection, property functionality, government regulations, tax considerations, and market dynamics. He began his career as a real estate analyst in 1995, conducting research on land use, zoning, demographics, and supply and demand trends before transitioning into brokerage in 2004. In 2006, he joined the founding team of Lee & Associates - Dallas/Fort Worth. Today, he continues to advise clients on local and multi-market transactions, leveraging his analytical expertise and collaborative approach to deliver informed, results-driven solutions.

Outside the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors through hunting, camping, ranching, and trips to the lake. His analytical mindset, practical communication style, and commitment to client service have made him a trusted advisor to owners and occupiers alike.
