Reid Bassinger

Reid Bassinger is a Principal with Lee & Associates - Dallas/Fort Worth, specializing in regional distribution centers and manufacturing facilities, including all of the associated factors in selecting or selling an industrial facility such as construction, incentives, taxes, and labor. Throughout his career, Reid has represented clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of more than 100 million square feet of industrial space.

While his work spans markets nationwide, he maintains a primary focus on the Dallas/Fort Worth market and the industrial markets throughout the Southern United States.
