Brokerage Service Coordinator Overview
An established and growing national commercial real estate team is seeking a personable, multi-tasking, high-workload-capable Brokerage Service Coordinator who will provide transactional support to Multiple Brokers. As our Brokerage Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing requests for proposals, listing packages, pitch packets, lease abstracts, marketing brochures, market surveys, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains Lee & Associates brand and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and listing packages.
- May schedule appointments, keep calendars, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Updates and maintains information databases, along with market research.
- Generates standard and ad hoc reports as required.
- Gathers supporting documentation to process Brokers’ commission payments.
- Must be detail-oriented, have multi-tasking skills, have a professional attitude and appearance, have strong organizational skills and work ethic, and be able to perform well in a fast-paced and high-workload environment.
- Prefer someone that has extensive experience working with industrial and/or office brokers and is familiar with commercial real estate terminology.
- Dependability is a must.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign a plus. Ability to learn new programs.
- Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred.
Education & Experience
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required
- 3 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or teams of professionals
- 2 years experience in the Real Estate industry.
Financial Knowledge
The Brokerage Service Coordinator requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate basic figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Ability to abstract a lease.
