Marketing Coordinator Overview

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic commercial real estate team in Dallas Fort Worth 

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote listings, support brokerage activities, and enhance the company’s brand presence across all platforms. This role requires a strong blend of design skills, project management, and real estate industry awareness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and design marketing materials and templates, including brochures, proposals, offering memorandums, email campaigns, social media graphics, signage, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain the firm’s property listing platforms
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels to promote listings and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production of print materials and signage with external vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with brokers to develop customized marketing strategies for individual listings and business development efforts.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reporting on results and insights.
  • Maintain the firm’s branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Assist in event planning, including open houses, broker events, sponsorships, and industry conferences.
  • Stay current with commercial real estate trends and marketing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience
  • Proficient to expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Constant Contact, Social Media Management & company proprietary CRM & CMS
  • 3+ Years Commercial Real Estate marketing experience is strongly preferred
  • Three years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts & media negotiations
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving & research proficiencies
  • Ability to comprehend & interpret competitor strategies & audience behavior
  • Solid organizational skills & detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Creative mind with superb written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
