(OCTOBER 6, 2026 – DALLAS, TX) Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth, one of the largest privately-owned national real estate firms, has completed a new lease transaction for a 31,873 SF industrial space located at Regal Industrial Center-Building 7, 4653 Leston St in Dallas, TX 75247.

Jason Fox with Growe represented the Tenant, NTG Distribution, LLC.

NTG Distribution is a Dallas based third party logistics company specializing in online marketplaces. They have already begun operations at this new location. Regal Business Center, LLC is a long-time owner of Dallas/Fort Worth industrial product whose parent company is based out of Montreal, Canada.
