(MARCH 14, 2023 – DALLAS, TX) Lee & Associates Dallas Fort Worth, one of the largest privately-owned national real estate firms, completed a new lease transaction for a 25,600 SF of warehouse space in Elkridge, Maryland.

Becky Thompson represented the Tenant, Santa Monica Seafood, one of the largest seafood distributors in the country. High Street Realty Company, LLC is the Landlord.
