Lee & Associates DFW Negotiates a 16,085 SF Industrial Lease With CanTex Capital LLC

(JUNE 8, 2022 – DALLAS, TX) Lee & Associates Dallas Fort Worth, one of the largest privately-owned national real estate firms has completed a lease transaction for 16,085 square feet located at 3402 Century Circle in Irving, Texas. 

Alex Wilson of Lee & Associates DFW represented the Landlord, CanTex Capital, LLC, in fully leasing the Industrial building in Irving, TX. Maple Distributing was the past tenant to lease this warehouse space.

CanTex Capital relied on their real estate partner Lee & Associates to acquire the building earlier this year, adding to their growing portfolio footprint in the DFW metroplex.
