(JUNE 22, 2022 – DALLAS, TX) Lee & Associates – DFW preleases 19,193 SF at McKinney 121, a new industrial development in McKinney, Texas.

Phase I of McKinney 121 consists of two buildings totaling 212,200 square feet. The project is scheduled for an August 2022 delivery.
