(APRIL 1, 2022 – Dallas, TX) Lee & Associates Dallas Fort Worth, one of the largest privately-owned national real estate firms, announced today the sale of 2 acres of land in an off-market transaction for Hopewell Development LP (“Hopewell”).

Lee & Associates’ Alex Wilson, Nathan Denton, and Reid Bassinger represented the Calgary-based development company.

This purchase comes on the heels of Hopewell’s recent 33 acre land acquisition. The current 2 acre parcel is adjacent to that site.
