New Hire: Ben Wenaas

Ben Wenaas is a new hire joining us as an Associate at Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth. Ben graduated in May, 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance at Texas A&M University. During this time, he interned at NAI Brannen Goddard in Atlanta, while obtaining an Argus Commercial Real Estate Analyst certification. Ben will work with Stephen Williamson in the Brookhollow industrial real estate market, focusing mainly on tenant representation. His dedication to client success and his commitment to professional growth make him a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to the contributions he will make as we continue to grow and achieve new milestones together.
