New Hire: Chris Beggins

Our new hire is Chris Beggins, an Associate at Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth, who specializes in industrial landlord and tenant representation, as well as land brokerage services. With extensive knowledge of various Texas markets, Chris brings a fresh perspective to the commercial real estate sector. He began his career in the runner program at Lee & Associates – Houston, where he trained with the Managing Principal and the Landlord Agency Team. This experience provided him with in-depth knowledge of different property types, the intricacies of the office market, client service skills, and the financial aspects of commercial real estate.
His experience working closely with leaders of our office has given him a quick path to growth and brings an eager, motivated and strong force to the table. He has honed on his business development skills and has adapted quickly to what it takes to be successful in the commercial real estate industry.
