New Hire: Lauren Konen

Lauren Konen is a new hire at Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth as an Associate, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the DFW market. In her new role, Lauren focuses on business development, lease negotiations, and cultivating client relationships. With a dynamic background in healthcare and pharmaceutical sales, she specializes in sectors related to regenerative medicine.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Lauren served as Vice President at MedCore Partners, where she was responsible for driving new business and client acquisition. Prior to that, she founded and managed Forefront Surgical Supply, a business focused on medical supplies, from 2018 to 2024. Lauren also held a sales representative role at Innovasis, Inc. from 2017 to 2018.
