We are pleased to announce Phil Rosenfeld is promoted to Principal. Phil’s real estate career began as a licensed attorney working in both Houston and Dallas. Phil soon realized his calling as a commercial real estate broker and has never looked back.

With over 7 years at Lee & Associates, Phil has focused on tenant representation, sales, and acquisitions, as well as real estate consulting for industrial buildings in the South Stemmons and Northwest Dallas markets. He also provides Retail Investment Sales services for shopping centers and single-tenant buildings near Downtown Dallas.
